LAGUNA VISTA CONDOMINIUMS #83

Having landed at the airport in Los Cabos Mexico, you will clear Immigration and then wait for a short period of time to retrieve your baggage. When this has been done, you now get to play the Mexican Customs version of roulette. Step up and push the button, if you get a green light you pass, but if you get a red light, your luggage will be checked by a customs official. Now that you are cleared by Customs, ignore the time share hawkers, (unless you want to have the selling experience) and proceed out into the terminal area. The transportation facilities for the shuttle vans are just inside the front door to the left. (Go to the van transport, not the taxi transport) For the cost of about $6 to $8 US per person, you and your luggage will be transported to your condo vacation site. Tell them at the counter you are going to Laguna Vista.

  • Condo configuration:   Ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

  • Amenities:   Master bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom, (shower only, plug drain for bath) second bedroom (queen size bed), main bathroom, (shower only) sofa bed in living room, full kitchen facilities, full dining facilities, washer & dryer.

  • Condo Pool:   Free-form propane heated.

  • Cleaning:   Maid service is available upon request during your stay.

  • Language:   First language is Spanish, however English is almost always spoken also.

SAN JOSE del CABO

Where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean at Land's End.....the tip of the Baja Penninsula.

A quick 4 1/2 hour flight from Vancouver will deliver you to your holiday in the warm sunshine. Here the sun shines 350 days of the year and the average temperature is 75 to 80 degrees F. every day during our winter months. With only having about 10" of rain a year, your holiday is almost guaranteed to be in the sun.

Los Cabos is old world Mexico and new world Mexico combined.... here you can enjoy sightseeing old Mexican fishing villages and missions, or go horseback riding on the miles and miles of unspoiled beaches.

Swim, snorkel or scuba dive in the unpoluted pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez at any of the multitude of public beaches you will find, or drive up the East Cape and find your own private piece of solitude.

World class golfing is available at courses by Robert Trent Jones, Jack Nicklaus or the world famous Roy Dye Corporation.

Los Cabos is truly the "Marlin Capital of the World" where over 40,000 marlin are hooked every year. If you are a fisherman, enjoy your catch of marlin, sailfish, dorado, rooster fish or tuna. Catch and release or catch and keep, you will most definitely not go home emptyhanded.

Enjoy quiet evenings strolling around in San Jose, or go nightclubbing in Cabo San Lucas. Restaurant prices here are so reasonable that with the current rate of exchange, you won't have to cook any of your own meals, unless of course you choose to do so. Should you wish to create culinary delights, full kitchen facilities are available and the local marketing is a most delightful experience.

Several world class hotels are in the Los Cabos area and by all means, treat yourself to their enjoyment at the end of your day. Visit one of our favorites, the Hotel Cabo San Lucas which is on the way to Cabo. Drive in and then walk out to the bar on the point and have a drink basking in the afternoon / evening sun, while you enjoy the breeze and the picturesque panoramic view. The Westin Regina is also a hotel that should not be missed. Wander around the vast interior courtyard garden and observe firsthand how the patrons are delivered to their rooms via a golf cart. Massive is not the word that fits the descriptive for this hotel.
